Seram ES1

The Seram ES1 is a semi-balanced, fully electric handling crane with low power consumption (55 kW motor). It offers a reach of 10–14 m, lifting 2.5–3.5 t, and weighs 34–38 t. Its design ensures low maintenance, minimal noise, and zero emissions, making it ideal for confined or urban sites.

The SERAM ES3 is a high-capacity electric equilibrium crane designed for heavy material-handling environments. It offers a 20–22 m reach, lifts around 3.25 t at full outreach, and weighs roughly 72–74 t. Its hydraulic counterweight system enhances stability and efficiency, and it supports multiple base types and tool attachments for versatile operation.

Seram ES5

The SERAM ES5 is a heavy-duty electric equilibrium crane offering 20 m or 25 m reach and a lifting capacity of 5 t at 20 m. It weighs between 93–101 t, operates at 200 bar, and is powered by a 132 kW electric motor. Its hydraulic balance system optimises efficiency and stability.

Seram ES7

The SERAM ES7 is a heavy-duty electric equilibrium crane with a 25 m or 30 m reach. It can lift 5 t at 30 m, weighs 142–156 t, and operates at 160 bar. Powered by a 200 kW motor, it delivers very high hydraulic flow (620 l/min for boom, 380 l/min for rotation).

Seram ES9

The SERAM ES9 is a large electric equilibrium crane with a reach of 25, 30, or 35 m. It can lift up to 8.33 t at 30 m, weighs between 208–234 t, runs at 220 bar pressure, and is driven by a 315 kW motor, delivering high hydraulic flow for both boom and rotation.

Seram Vibrating Tables

The Seram TVB vibrating table is a heavy-duty unbalanced vibration unit designed for scrap and shear output. It spreads, levels, and separates material, often integrating a fines screen and downstream separators. With widths from 900–1500 mm, it ensures consistent flow, improved sorting efficiency, and reliable performance in demanding recycling environments.

Seram ES4

The SERAM ES4 is a high-capacity electric equilibrium crane with a reach of 20, 22, or 25 m. It can lift up to 4 t at 20 m, weighs between 78–83 t, and operates at an average pressure of 180 bars. Its electric motor outputs 110–132 kW, and it delivers pump flows of 210 l/min for boom movement and 105 l/min for rotation.

The SERAM ES6 is a high-performance electric equilibrium crane with a 25 m or 30 m reach, capable of lifting 5 t at 25 m. It has a mass of 122–132 t, operates at 220 bar, and is powered by a 160 kW electric motor, delivering high-flow hydraulics (280 l/min for the boom, 105 l/min for rotation).

Seram Scrap Cleaning Plant

Seram’s scrap cleaning plant is a modular recycling system that separates fines, ferrous, and non-ferrous metals from scrap. It uses a vibrating table with a 0–30 mm screen, an adjustable-gap electromagnetic drum, and optional conveyors for fines and non-ferrous fractions. Capacity ranges from 30–120 tph.
